Cancellation / Refund Policy
Dear valued customers, please take note of the following important information before booking your experience with us. Firstly, we offer a full refund if you need to cancel your booking. However, in order to receive a full refund, we require you to cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will, unfortunately, not be eligible for a refund.
Additionally, we kindly request that any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before the start time, as we will not be able to accept any last-minute changes. We would also like to remind you that the cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
Lastly, we would like to remind you that some of our experiences are weather-dependent. If we need to cancel your booking due to poor weather conditions, you will be offered either a different date or a full refund.
